Student Tech Leadership Team
The Student Tech Leadership Team is a group of students who will be trained to assist with technology needs, promote digital citizenship, and support peers and teachers with tech tasks. Tech Leadership Team will serve as an elective class for students who are selected. If you are interested in this class for second semester, complete and submit this form no later than Friday, December 13, 2024.
Please note that experience with technology is helpful but not necessary. A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to help are the most important aspects of a Tech Leader.
The Tech Leadership Team will:
- Troubleshoot Chromebook issues and assist with classroom tech setups like projectors, document cameras, etc.
- Maintain and organize school technology, including device cleaning and cart management.
- Learn about computers and how they work.
- Research new technological innovations and how they might impact our community.
- Promote digital citizenship through creative projects and peer education.
This program is designed to foster responsibility, collaboration, and a tech-positive culture while preparing students for future academic and career opportunities.
