Thanks for joining us for Track this season! We are excited for a great four weeks of hard work, learning, and friendship. Before the season begins, please be sure to register on MySchoolBucks and make sure your physical is up to date. Physicals are good for one calendar year. Please have your athlete drop their physical by the front office during lunch ASAP

Attendance is taken daily by the coaching staff. Please Email all of the coaches for absences.

Practice

Consistent participation and practice are important to the development of skills. Practices are held Monday through Friday from 2:50-4:30 unless otherwise marked on the calendar. Cancellations of practices will be email blasted and updated on this page--we rarely cancel! Be prepared for indoor practices. If a track meet is canceled we WILL have indoor practice. *We would like athletes to have sweat tops and bottoms EVERY DAY for practice, and at every meet. Athletes will also want to have hats, gloves, and extra clothes for after events. 

Please note the start times of the meets. Running events will always start at 4:00. HOME FIELD EVENTS will begin at 3:15.

The success of our home meets is due in large part to our amazing families who donate their time to helping run an event.

-- Opportunities in all field events (shot, disc, jumps) or at the finish line (timing races, compiling scores).

At home meets, field events will begin at 3:15. We try to get all home athletes through their events before the other school arrives. Start times are approximate and will vary depending on number of athletes and heats in each event.
